Chuyu solemnly promises: The products it manufactures and sells are stable in performance and reliable in quality, with no issues in material or workmanship. For Chuyu’s specific systems and motherboards, we provide technical support, system maintenance, product warranty, and a series of related after-sales services to help customers resolve issues such as system or component aging, errors, performance degradation, insufficient stability, or other problems that may affect business operations, whether during or beyond the hardware warranty period.
How to Obtain Warranty Service

3. Contact sales via WeChat, or reach out to the regional FAE via WeChat to access Chuyu expert services

Scope of After-Sales Service
All Chuyu products purchased directly from Chuyu or through Chuyu-authorized distributors or integrators
After-Sales Service Content
1. 3-year free warranty: in accordance with Chuyu Warranty Service Agreement
2. Remote technical support, including but not limited to telephone support, email support, and remote assistance
3. Spare parts replacement service (free of charge or at cost, as determined by Chuyu professional engineers based on actual conditions)
4. Customized services (only for customized products and customers)
5. On-site tracking service and on-site repair service (for customers with specific needs)

Situations Not Covered by Chuyu After-Sales Service
System Repairs:
1. Damage to the system or components caused during transportation
2. Servers, systems, and other products that are not produced or assembled by Chuyu
3. Damage or failure of Chuyu products caused by customers installing additional components or parts without authorization
4. Damage or failure of Chuyu products caused by incorrectly assembled components or parts
Motherboard:
1. Accessories delivered together, such as operating materials, peripheral devices, frames, and covers
2. Any damage caused by customer misuse, abuse, or improper packaging during transportation
3. If the motherboard cannot be repaired or the required parts are discontinued, Chuyu will follow the customer’s instructions to either return the motherboard “as is” or replace the defective product with one of equivalent functionality. Relevant costs will be confirmed with the customer
