The warranty period begins 15 days after shipment.
Remote Diagnosis and Resolution
Whenever feasible, Chuyu will first attempt to diagnose and resolve product issues via network, telephone, or other remote support methods. If the issue can be resolved by the user through the installation of specified software updates or replacement parts, Chuyu will guide the user in obtaining and installing them. For component failures that cannot be resolved by the user, Chuyu reserves the right to choose either repair or replacement of the faulty or defective component.
When requesting warranty service, users need to provide the following information:
(1) Product model and serial number (both located on the product label)
(2) Relevant hardware and software configuration of the product
(3) System error messages
(4) Detailed description of the fault
(5) User organization, contact person, contact information, and detailed address
5.1 This commitment applies only to hardware failures occurring under normal use within the warranty period.
5.2 Repaired or replaced parts become the property of Chuyu. If the user cannot return the defective part due to data security or confidentiality reasons, the user must purchase the replacement part at their own expense and handle the defective part in a secure and environmentally responsible manner.
5.3 Service policies for separately purchased parts or additional machine components follow the individual part warranty policy and are not covered under this policy.
5.4 The product appearance and its accessories (chassis locks, keys, panels, etc.), bundled documents and media (CDs, floppy disks), power cable appearance, and packaging materials are excluded from the warranty once delivery and acceptance are confirmed.
5.5 After delivery and acceptance, the product is not covered by on-site production line services or end-client on-site support.

6.1 Remote Service Response Time and Efficiency

Unless otherwise instructed by Chuyu, when returning or replacing a product, the user must return the entire product, including but not limited to all accessories, components, packaging materials, and promotional items.
This warranty policy shall not apply under the following circumstances. Users should seek resolution from the relevant responsible party, and Chuyu shall not assume any responsibility:
(1) The product or component has exceeded the corresponding warranty period;
(2) Faulty parts where product identification information (such as barcode, model) has been altered or removed;
(3) Product failure or damage caused by improper or incorrect use, maintenance, or storage, such as improper transportation or handling; use beyond the reasonable intended purpose; improper plugging or unplugging of external devices; dropping or external force; exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids/alkalis, immersion in water, or damp environments;
(4) Products that develop failures due to the circumstances described in items (1)–(3) above and are subsequently repaired out of warranty will also be subject to warranty limitations;
(5) Product damage or component (such as casing, LCD screen, connectors, components, circuits, etc.) breakage, corrosion, or other damage caused by accidents (such as insect infestation, rodent bites, or foreign object intrusion);
(6) Failures or damages caused by natural disasters or other force majeure (such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, etc.);
(7) Failures or damages caused by virus infection, hacker attacks, or other malicious activities;
(8) Failures or damages caused by installation, repair, modification, addition, or disassembly by non-Chuyu authorized institutions or personnel;
(9) Failures or damages caused by the use of unauthorized, non-standard, unofficial, or self-developed software;
(10) Losses caused by data loss or damage;
(11) Incidental, special, or consequential losses (including profit loss, usage loss, customer downtime, or costs for data recovery/reconstruction) caused during product failure, even if Chuyu has been informed of such possibilities;
(12) Losses incurred by third parties as a result of product failure;
(13) Normal fading, wear, and consumption during product use;
(14) Other failures or damages not caused by the inherent quality of the product.
